ABOUT US
H & H Maintenance is a home improvement and property management company based in Guildford, Surrey. We carry out all forms of building works including construction, conversions, renovations, extensions and lofts. We also do kitchen and bathroom fittings and we are registered installers of GRP roofing.
With H & H Maintenance in Guildford you won't need to worry about finding an Electrician as we are member of NAPIT. We can also take care of plumbing, electric underfloor heating, all types of flooring and tiling.
We have close links with an experienced Architect who is a former planning and building control officers, willing to help guide clients through any necessary applications. Fully insured.

Paul & his team carried out our ground floor extension & garage rebuild and we've been delighted with the results. His input, guidance and professionalism throughout made the process effective and easy for us as the customer. The end result is a fantastic space.
